Reliable for winter wear
This is my third time buying from Magic Needles. Got a hand knitted sweater this time, same good quality as my previous orders. They always deliver on time, took about a week to get to Mumbai. Nice pullover, shipping could improve
I bought a hand knitted pullover for myself during their winter sale. The pullover itself is quite nice, soft wool and the knitting looks well done, not flimsy. It fit as expected. However, tracking information was a bit slow to update, and it took 8 days to reach Delhi, which felt a bit long for a prepaid order. Customer service was polite when I enquired, but they couldn't speed up delivery. Overall, I like the product and its value, but I hope they can streamline their shipping process a bit more in the future.
